Opening Connection, Meditation, and Healing with Deborah Beany
Slide into our Opening Circle -- beginning with our video cameras on, connecting and setting our intention together. Then drift into a guided meditation, nowhere to go, nothing to do. Let go of tension, lists, expectations and anything that needs clearing. Relax into a 90-minute session of meditation and stress release techniques.
What is Needed: A quiet, comfortable space to sit or lie down.
Optional: Headphones that will connect to whatever device you are connecting on (computer, phone, tablet). A blanket or pillow.
What to Expect: No prior experience with meditation is needed. This session is focused on releasing, healing, and restoring balance and ease in your body, mind, and spirit. You will experience a restorative, grounding guided meditation, and you will learn some self-healing practices based on Reiki principles that you can take with you and use on your own.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is an integrative healing practice that is complementary to traditional and homeopathic medical treatment. It can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.

Shinrin-Yoku, Harvesting a Deeper Connection with Divine Feminine with Linda Lombardo
We are entering a time of divine immanence, in which all that is sacred is accessible to us right now in this existence. It isn’t separate from us or outside us. We will fully recognize and honor what has always been within us. And regardless of whether we’ve ever birthed another being, we must acknowledge the unique and utterly necessary feminine spiritual power to create as the world’s stories begin to crumble and new and long-forgotten stories are birthed.
What is Needed: Start with a quiet space, indoors or outside.
What to Expect: We’ll explore our feminine consciousness (without any gender assignment), our sisterhood, forgiveness, lightness & darkness, and let our souls dance through a deeper connection with nature. We’ll become permeable again to all that surrounds and supports us in nature.
About your Guide: Linda has the gift of seeing the beauty of the natural world and its interconnectedness with all living beings. She knows that listening to the heartbeat of our Mother Gaia, we can restore our own beautiful spirits, rooted in the sacred feminine; spirits we often subjugate for the needs and wants of others in this tamed-world reality we've created.

Welcoming a Season of Gratitude, with Poetry and Moon Magic with Carolyn Dragon
Our celebration begins with music and dance. Feeling our body come alive and enjoying the rhythms of life. Settling into our harvest nest, poems of encouragement, joy, and connection will be shared. Allowing the words to wash over us, you will have an opportunity to capture your own words. Our party moves on to games of gratitude and we conclude with moon magic.
What is needed: Open space to move freely, a place to sit comfortably, paper or journal and pen. Dress to celebrate – crowns, gowns and jewels appreciated, not required :) If you have crystals and essential oils, bring them along.
What to expect: Our harvest celebration begins with music and dance. Feeling our body come alive and enjoying the rhythms of life. Shake, shimmy, shuffle and breathe. From your toes to the top of your head, move with ease and abandonment.
Settling into our harvest nest, poems of encouragement, joy, and connection will be shared. Allowing the words to wash over us, you will have an opportunity to capture your own words.
Our party moves on to games of gratitude -- an honoring of ourselves and the beauty in all areas of our lives. Laugh, love, play -- restoring strength and wellbeing.
We conclude with a ritual to call in the harvest.

Nourishing Yoga Practices to Reap at Harvest and Transition Forward with Kerry Ferguson
The practice will be a guided flow of yoga postures. A choice of poses that will encourage connection with the inner sacred feminine. Breathwork, centering, simple and digestible yogic teachings, woven into a flowing sequence of yoga postures, that will be simple yet could be as physically challenging as you choose. A variety of modifications to the movements and options will be offered.
What is needed:* a quiet space large enough for you to extend arms and legs on the floor as well as standing. The space could be inside or outside. A yoga mat, or large towel.
*If there are any boundaries regarding body movement, a small pillow, blanket or folded towel could be useful but not essential.
What to expect: No previous experience is necessary, everything will be described and demonstrated, yet the verbal cues will support you to understand and follow easily.
The session will finish with a guided meditation, stillness and a nurturing rest. An inspiring reading will be shared to close our session. Expect to push yourself, restore your spirit, heal your body, feel joy, and peacefully relax…. sprinkle in some fun.
The practice of Yoga allows us to sit with ourselves, without judgement, to observe and absorb, release and RESTORE! The yoga practice allows us to move and increase health and well-being, but more importantly to transform that which has served its purpose into something that we can use to grow and celebrate life!
